EHI Group is a small family owned and operated business based in Richmond NSW. We service the Hawkesbury, The Hills, The Blue mountains and often travel right across the Sydney Basin. We specialise in window furnishings, security doors, insect screens and awnings.
With over 20 years of experience in the home improvement industry we pride ourselves in offering the best service, product, and experience to find the right solution and product to suit your needs.

Experience
Owners Dennis and Darron have been in the home furnishings industry since the year 2000. Over this time, they have gained exceptional product and installation knowledge. Darron manages the installation team while Dennis manages the sales team. Our lead installer who is a carpenter by trade and has also been with us since 2000. Our office team have over 10 years of experience and love to provide exceptional customer service to all our clients.
Our Process

The initial consultation can be done either in our Richmond showroom or in the comfort of your own home or workplace. Whether you are building, renovating or just want to replace your existing furnishings our sales team will discuss your project with you and offer guidance to help you achieve your desired goals.
Once the initial consultation and measurements have taken place, we will gather all your design choices and provide you with an itemised quotation.

On accepting your quotation, a 50% deposit is required, and a final site measure will be organised by our office staff. Once the final site measure has been complete our office team will place your order into production. Depending on your product selection, lead times range from 3-6 weeks and overseas made products 8-12 weeks.
Our office team will contact you to arrange an installation date once we have confirmed delivery dates for your items.
